The TAO, or Texas Avid Outdoors, is comprised 4 friends who turned their love of camping with their families into an annual outdoor event. The Avid outdoors Texas Fall Expo, also referred to as the Texas Overland Expo, is an annual event hosted at The oxford Campground in Llano Tx. The Event provides a great opportunity to get out, where vendors, outdoor lovers, and overlanders can gather for a weekend of camping, camaraderie, and fun. along with all the shopping, there are demos, presenters, and activities for the whole family.

The oxford Campground is a wide open property, without designated camping sites. You simply find a spot you like, and set up. They do provide porta-potties for the event, and there is a bathhouse, dumpsters, and potable water available near the entrance.
